I currently have my fleece blankets made in Taiwan. We provide custom blankets for the United States University markets. We currently provide blankets for 20 universities and are adding 5 to 10 universities per year. Please see attached PDF for pictures of the blankets we currently have done in Taiwan.
The blankets measure 6 feet x 5 feet in size.
They are 2 layers of fleece.
The fleece weight is 255gsm.
The fleece is anti-pilling with one side re-brushed.
We embroider a logo into one corner on each side. Usually 6 inches long x 4 inches tall.
We require specific pantone colors for the blankets and the embroidered artwork must be very accurate.
We sell 2 versions of the blanket. 1) A Sewn version, 2) A Hand Tied version. Please see attached PDF for pictures of both.
We have a label sewn on one side that includes company name and care instructions.
The blanket comes in a PVC bag with carry handle.
The PVC bag has 1 paper insert approximately 6 inches x 4 inches that fits into a front, inside pocket on the PVC bag.
We have 8 blankets in each case that is sent measuring 30 inches x 18 inches x 17 inches.
We order a minumum of 400 blankets per university each year.
We typically order between 4500 and 6000 blankets at a time which fills a either a 40 foot shipping container and a 20 foot shipping container or 2 - 40 foot shipping containers.
