The Trade Link Company which already runs 3 successful international interior textile exhibitions, TIP in Brussels, Scoperta in Switzerland and Living Space in South Africa, announces the launch of a new textile exhibition for 2003 - Prêt Pour La Maison. Prêt Pour La Maison will be "THE" marketplace for ready made textile products for the home.
Prêt Pour La Maison will showcase an enormous variety of ready made curtains, cushions, rugs, tablecloths, blankets, bedspreads, throws, towels, bath mats and more, in exquisite velours, microfibres, leathers, embroidered denims, satins, wools and sumptuous fabrics of all colours and styles. Prêt Pour La Maison will be an all encompassing exhibition presenting buyers with ready made products suitable for time-pressured consumers making home decorating choices.
Through Prêt Pour La Maison the textile industry will join the revolution towards convenience in products already recognised by the beauty, fashion and food industries. Consumer impatience has brought about ready made meals, ready made haute couture garments and quick dry nail polish.
Managing Director of The Trade Link Company, Bill Davis said; "Prêt Pour La Maison is a direct response to the growing demand for ready made products in the interior textile market. It will showcase exquisite, quality interior textiles from around the world, solely as finished products."
"Prêt Pour La Maison undoubtedly reflects the changing demands of the textile market. People are choosing to update their home interiors more frequently with each new season''s colours and styles. Ready made products are hugely appealing for this purpose, as they enable greater ease and expedience in decorating. A new rug, throw or curtain can update a room instantly. Just simply changing the colour of towels in a bathroom, a patchwork quilt in a bedroom or bright coloured blinds at a window can give a room a whole new look."
Prêt Pour La Maison is scheduled for September 2003 and will be held alongside Trade Links'' successful Textile d''interieur Premiere Exhibition (TIP) in Brussels. It is anticipated that Prêt Pour La Maison will increase the exhibition space taken up in Brussels by a factor of two. The Brussels Kart Expo venue is ideal as it has plenty of space to accommodate the show and provide room for further expansion.
