Russia : Turkish company bags ''Best Fabric Award'' in Moscow |

A jury consisting of Germans, Russians and Czechs gave a Turkish Company, the Mir Garmonii Company of Ilay Textile, ‘The Best Fabric Award’ in Moscow, Russia, at the International SAPO Textile Fair inside Gastiniy Dyor.
Ilay textile, which competed against companies from Italy, Germany, China, Spain and South Korea, has an international quilt of customers stretching from Sahalin Island in Japan to the Kaliningrad region in the middle of Europe.
Mir Garmoni Deputy Manager Oksana Staravera said that they eliminated the negative image of Turkish fabrics in the eyes of Russia''s best designers.
Furtex, a Turkish company, and Argo, an Italian company, also won awards.
