At the Wool Forum of the International Wool Textile Organisation (IWTO), held from 20th to
23rd November in Shanghai, Mr. Richard Seizer from Uruguay and Mr. Antonio Leitao from
Portugal have been elected as new members of IWTO Executive Committee.

Mr. Seizer is owner of the company RANTEX S.A. in Uruguay, a leading Uruguayan wool
exporter. Mr. Seizer is presiding the Uruguayan Wool Exporters Association and is also
President of the Càmara Mercantil de Productos del Pais.

Mr. Leitao is Director of the company ANIL in Portugal since 1998 and has been elected its
Vice-President in 2002. Mr. Leitao is also the Treasurer of the European wool association
Interlaine.

Both of the new members are elected for a term of 3 years to the IWTO Executive
Committee.
