USA:VF Imagewear picks Holoubek - licensee
of Harley-Davidson Brand Apparel |

VF Imagewear today signed an agreement to acquire complete assets of Holoubek, Inc at an undisclosed sum. The transaction is expected to be completed in January 2005.
A division of VF Corporation, VF Imagewear logged $40 million sales.
Wisconsin-based Holoubek has been an apparel licensee of Harley-Davidson, Inc. for over 20 years selling T-shirts, fleece and other casual apparel products, through exclusive Harley-Davidson dealerships around the country.
