Gone are the days where American women need to spend in five digits for the latest fashion and trendy outfits. Earlier women go to a salon, get their measurements and make the designer outfit through creative designers. Nowadays if a woman wants to be a part of the latest fashion trend, she might head out to a mass-market retailer.
Today, High-fashion designers are ready to reach the masses what they once did for selected elite clients. Major reason for change in the prevailing trend is that high-fashion now embodies far more than merely clothing. Lipsticks, perfumes, handbags and other accessories sold to all, rather than the few, are now part of the profit picture for international outfits, which are responsible for buying privately owned fashion houses.
Some say, this trend of big-name designers shifting to mass market will mean more fashionable fashions for more women.
