China:Commerce Ministry issues guidelines for export managers
about automatic permission of textile export |

To streamline the procedures for textile exports, the Ministry of Commerce has issued fresh guidelines.
These guidelines will improve and forewarn them through analysis and monitoring of the statistics of textile exports.
Through the release, the Ministry of Commerce has authorized the Bureau of Quota License Affairs to manage uniformly, and guide all license issuing organs, and carry out the issuing of Automatic License of Textile Export making it accountable to the Ministry of Commerce.
