USA:Off-Price Retailers T.J. Maxx and Marshals selects Redpraire’s Workforce Management Solution |

Waukesha, WI - RedPrairie Corporation is pleased to announce that the nation’s two largest off-price retailers, T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, both owned by The TJX Companies, Inc., based in Framingham, Massachusetts, have chosen RedPrairie’s Workforce Management solution to increase efficiencies in their distribution centers. T.J. Maxx and Marshalls offer quality brand name apparel and home fashions for 20 – 60 percent less than better department and specialty stores’ regular prices. Combined, T.J. Maxx and Marshalls have more than 1,400 stores nationwide.
RedPrairie Corporation, today reported that the nation’s two largest off-price retailers, T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, both owned by The TJX Companies, Inc., based in Framingham, Massachusetts, have chosen RedPrairie’s Workforce Management solution to increase efficiencies in their distribution centers. T.J. Maxx and Marshalls will use RedPrairie’s DLx Labor planning and reporting system, which schedules associates based on order fulfillment requirements. RedPrairie’s DLx Labor will calculate the time necessary to complete the work based on previously agreed upon standards. The software will provide immediate feedback to associates and supervisors on progress toward goals and identify where barriers may exist.
