The Show created a real buzz with retailers, who were impressed by the strength of the product and acknowledged Pure as the European event to source ''edgy'' and ''exceptional'' collections.
A mix of over 800 contemporary brands showcased at the London Olympia venue, including over 100 labels new to Pure. Carefully edited by selection to house cutting edge and forward-thinking labels, Pure''s six sections displayed a collective of British and International fashion. The independently styled catwalk presented an eclectic mix of designers that captured the fresh individuality of Pure''s wide offer.
The Pure Spirit and Pure Vision sections added to the energetic vibe of the show. Buyers were excited by the blend of contemporary bridge and directional youth brands on offer.
Pure Elan also attracted fresh attention this season as buyers found brands that will meet the increasing aspirational demands of consumers.
Pure Accessories saw the biggest ever line up of the season’s must-haves! Adding some 70 new collections to its offer of over 200, products ranged from the fun and funky to designer.
Pure''s diverse product mix attracted a high calibre of UK and Irish buyers including Harrods, Selfridges, Brown Thomas, Fenwick, Liberty, Cruise Flannels, Hoopers, Jenners, Beales and House of Fraser. Le Bon Marché, Knecht, El Corte Ingles, Galeries Lafayette, and De Bijenkorf were among the growing number of international visitors to the event.
The Spring/Summer 06 show takes place on 14th to 16th August where retailers will be on the look out for the next round of new, creative labels and sought after brands. |
