Tennessee based largest polyester plastics producer Eastman Chemical Company’s BOD has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend is payable Oct. 3, 2005, to stockholders of record as of Sept. 15, 2005.
