CHINA'S Ministry of Commerce will use a new system to better supervise Chinese exports of textile products starting next year, following agreements with the European Union and the United States to curb Chinese shipments of certain textiles.
The system is linked with Chinese Customs and allows the ministry to know immediately when Chinese exporters applied for export licenses via a Website. In addition, the central and local trade authorities can conduct two-way checks in the system to secure a stable export growth.
