Trade and Industry Department of Hong Kong release the Commercial Information Circulars No 120/2006 (Ref - Ref : EIC 631/2/10) .
The Mainland of China : 2006 Quantitative Limits Available for Application in the Second Round Regarding Textile Exports to the United States and the European Union
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued on 27 March 2006 a notice announcing the 2006 quantitative limits available for application in the second round regarding textile exports to the United States and the European Union. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

According to the notice, local commerce departments in the Mainland are required to invite traders in their respective regions to report the import/export codes or names of enterprises that are missing from the annex of the notice.
The local commerce departments are also required to consolidate and submit the applications and relevant electronic data to the MOC by 15 April 2006. The MOC will announce the formal allocation arrangements separately.
