BEIJING: High-tech textile machinery sector is going under restructuring. High-tech textile machinery equipment will be - one of the sixteen important equipments-encouraged by the government; Zhang Guobao, Vice Chairmen of National Development and Reform Commission -indicated here on May 23. 

Zhang pointed out that these equipments include Japan-made polyester equipment with 2,000-toncapacity, high-speed textile machine, high-efficiency cotton textile machines , computer-controlled textile machines, jet textile machines, -power-saving machines, etc.

Zhang believes that textile sector will be fully upgraded by adopting new equipment and overcoming key difficulties.
