China : Quality of children's clothing brands under scanner
Quality Inspection Bureau has released shocking figures about children’s clothing brands in the country.
According to their data, from among 74 brands under scrutiny, only 62.2 percent were considered of good quality.
Clothing industry is facing dire circumstances as on one hand, children's clothing brands lack quality while on the other, country has fewer clothing manufacturers within this segment.
This situation has allowed other world famous children’s clothing brands like Nike, Nuby, Cakewalk and Miniman to penetrate the domestic markets.
Domestic brands will have to push their sales to claim their rightful place in children’s clothing market.
