Taiwan : Shoe company Pou Chen records 23.9% revenue increase |

World largest contract footwear maker Pou Chen Corporation’s revenue gained 23.9 percent to NT$8.896 billion in first seven months of current year.
Total Revenue of its two subsidiaries amounted to NT$105.1 billion, rise of 20.2 percent compared to same period last year.
Pou Chen holds 50.88 percent stake in Yue Yuen, a branded athletic and casual footwear manufacturer and 51.48 percent in Global Brands Manufacture Ltd (GBM), an electronic firm.
GBM reported revenue of NT$4.387 billion, up 15.4 percent in July this year compared to same period last year and Yue Yuen revenue rose 12.8 percent to US $318 million for the period in consideration.
